Oh! Heddo! My's is Cranberry.  My's came all da way from Georgia to New York with 19 other doggies. My's is just a pup and was picked up by some peoples and brought to da shelter.  I spent some time in da doggie slammer and den was rescued by wonderfur peoples from Leftover Pets, Inc.   They's gave me some shots and some TLC, dems took my lady insides and put me on a van with some furiends and lots of puppies.  After da 18+ hour trip, I played with my friends at some nice ladies homes.  Den dis really nice lady showed up and gives me some extra lovin's.  Her's put a walker thang on me and took me in her zoomzoomer.

Uh, what's you mean I has new boyfuriend waitin's for me's? What him's think? My's is some mail orda brider's? Him's got 'nother thinker comin's.  I show him's a ting or two.

You's be kiddin's about dat boyfuriend ting, right? You's can tell me you's be kiddin's.

'Dis da boyfuriends?  Hm, him's be da big dumb brown dog, lady.  Why him's gots to be followin' me 'rounds?  Him's be o'tay to play wifs and all, but my's not interested in da loves ting.  Him's be my furiend furst, o'tay?

Da big brown dog and my's played long and hard.  Him's full of energies just like my's is!

It's be time for some sleepers now... Anyone out 'ders know dis big brown dog?  Should my's be datin' him's?  My's gonna sleep on it...

Oh, PeeS!  My's is up for da adoptions!  My's is purdy content in 'dis homes, but my's knows my's can't stay 'ders furevers!  My's is a 6-7 month old Boxer (maybe mix, but my's is purdy close to da boxers).  My's is house trained and crate trained and my's is working VERY hard on learning my manners and basic obedience.  My's has come a long way since Friday already bc My's has da smarts :o)

Well, we sure did have a fun time at the Crossings!  It was so nice to meet Ms. Maggie and I hope we can do it again sometime!  Mom even said that maybe she can come over and play in my yard!  THAT would be fun!  I sure do love meeting new friends!  It was a great experience for all of us!

When I got home, I got to meet Ms. Mel!  She was super nice and super friendly!  Mom said that she's going to stay with me this weekend because her and dad don't think I'd enjoy spending the whole weekend on the boat.  Clearly, they don't know me that well!  But I told them I'd let it slide because they took me on Wednesday and I sure did have a busy week!  I won't mind staying home and sleeping all that much :o)

AND! I loved Maggie Mae so much that mom said I'm getting a new foster sister!  And guess what!  She's a 9 year old boxer mix!  Her name is Cranberry and she came to NY today from Georgia!  I can't wait to meet her tonight, but mom said she's going to stay with Heather and Emmett for the weekend if she doesn't get adopted at clinic tomorrow.  But as long as she doesn't get adopted, I'll get to play with her all next week! WAHOO!

Molly's mom & dad.  She took her trip on the rainbow bridge this morning.  She was a brave little girl and I know we'll all miss her. So stop by her page and show support for her very strong mom & dad.  They gave her a wonderful life, and I know she's furever grateful. Kisses for you, Miss. Molly.

Weekday Roadtrip?!

Mom and dad got home from work yesterday and got out my travel bag!  I was SO excited to be going somewhere, but I wasn't sure where we were heading.  We loaded up the firebird and off we went!  That's when I noticed mom brought along my lifejacket... hm, wonder where we could possibly be heading!  Can't be the lake, because it's a weekday!  I decided I was just going to enjoy the ride...

Dad, I'm pretty sure I've got this driving thing.  Can I take the wheel?

Wooooooooo!  I'm driving!!!!  (a dog can dream, can't he?)

Hmm.... this is pretty far north.

Ladies, I've got the driving thing down, so let me know and I'll come pick you up, we can cruise around in dads my firebird.  I'll bring some treats and we can have a picnic, sound good?

Yep, we're on the boat on a WEDNESDAY!

Dad said something about the boat leaking gas, so we had to go up and burn some.  It was super hot out, so any excuse to take a boat ride was fine by us!

I have a new favorite spot, but mom and dad sid I couldn't stay here while the boat was going fast.

We caught a pretty sunset on the way back to the dock

It was a short trip because we got up there so late because the pawents had to do the work thing.  But it was definitely worth it!  When we got back to the dock there were two other doggies for me to play with!  Well, one of them was older and didn't want to play with me, but Gracie was a few months older than me, and after she convinced me that she was much cooler than her sister, I decided to give it a go!  We had a great time playing, but I wasn't sure why we were staying so long and not heading home...

She was lots bigger than me, and we moved so fast it was hard for mom to take our picture!

We had a lot of fun, then it got dark and she had to go home.

What do you MEAN the firebird is broke?  How are we going to get home mom?!

Are you sure Grandpaw Jack is coming for us?

While we waited for Grandpaw Jack to come pick us up, mom and dad went to get pizza.  I quickly became the newest tourist attraction at Lake George!  I met lots of cool new people and kids!  Mom kept saying how proud she was of me.  Kids scare me a bit and mom thinks my first home had little kids that hit me and tugged on my tail and ears... I keep telling her I blocked all of that stuff out and don't remember any of it, but she says that it still might effect me subconsciencely.  Whatever that means... She gave the kids lots of treats to give me... as long as kids have treats, I love them!  She said it was some steps in the correct direction.  Whatever, dude.  I was happy to see Grandpaw Jack when he got there, but soon fell asleep on moms lap for the ride home.  I was super tired!!!!

So that was my night last night... and guess what tonight holds?!?!!??!?! 

I get to meet the Maggie Mae in the furlife!!!!!

So, I'm sure I'll have lots of stories for you all tomorrow too!  Did ya stay with me through this one???  It was a long one.  But I'm handsome... so it's ok.  (right?)
