Thank you!

Mom and I were overwhelmed with the postive comments on our Christopher!  Thank you everyone, we know prayers can work wonders!  A special Thank You to my furiend Frankie who posted about Christopher.  We were truly touched by his post and the comments over there!

Now, since yesterday there were no photos of me, I'll put some in this post!  I know Puddles was going through some withdrawals of my studly self.  So Sunday night (after the amazing NY Giants win!!! My dad was there without me!) my mom felt bad that she left me home all day... ALONE.  So she decided to take me over to Heather's to make up for it.  I won't tell her, because I like to make her feel guilty, but it TOTALLY worked.  I had so much fun.  I even kind of got along with Tessa!  She stayed on the couch away from me and Emmett... but whatever.  I can't believe she's a chick and she doesn't like me... ugh.

Anywho.  Mom and Heather are trying to organize Holiday Pictures at the rescue.  So they wanted to make cookies to hand out to everyone who came.  Awesome news for me and Emmett because we got to try them!
You two do all the hard work... we'll be sitting here watching you.
Ok... put them in the oven so they can bake and we can snack on them...
Now we're impatient... give us those cookies!!!
Hey.... where'd the girl go?????
"You boys do all the work... I know I'll get a cookie for being super cute."
Then it was time to go home... Tessa was trying to convince mom to take her home and leave me with Heather and Emmett.  Mom almost said Yes, but knew daddy-o would be upset without me.  I wouldn't have minded because I LOVE Heather and Emmett... But, we went home and hung out with dad for the rest of the night!
I'm stuffed full of cookies.... but I'll take another!
Later dudes!
And Thanks again for keeping my Christopher in your prayers!
-Corbin

  11. Oh, Corbin, I didn't know. I've been very absent from Blogville lately, for a number of reasons. I'm sorry I missed the first post about Christopher, but believe me our whole family will be keeping him in our thoughts and prayers and will be waiting to hear how everything went. I'm sure it will go fine, though. Human vets can do the most amazing things these day, which is a good thing.

    lotsa licks, Lola

  15. We will continue to keep Christopher in our thoughts and prayers - he has the same name as our human brother and his middle name David is our dad's first name.

Tessa sure is a cutie patootie - maybe in time you two will be the best of furiends.

  20. Oh, Corbin! Don't you know? Tessa's just playing hard to get. Girls are good at that kinda thing.

You and Emmett did a super terrific job helping to bake cookies. I've learned that humans really appreciate having an oh-fishal taste-tester (or two).
